Chronic Fitness - Who, Why, What? I’m a UC Berkeley student and have been interested in fitness and bodybuilding for years. I’ve learned from multiple personal trainers and nutritionists while also doing a lot of research myself. Friends would often come to me with questions about getting in shape and their questions and beliefs really inspired me to create the website. So many people believed popular myths, severely stunting their progress while they could have made explosive improvement if these myths were dispelled and the “secrets” behind fitness were explained.
Chronic Fitness is a free online fitness community for anyone interested in fitness, bodybuilding, or nutrition to share knowledge and experience. Its goal is to provide the community with well organized information that is backed by science and years of experience. Sincerely, John
